An internet famous American Football coach gets hired to coach a football (soccer) team in the UK. The coach, played by Jason Sudeikis, is a kind, generous, emotionally intelligent, man who brings unexpected wisdom to every interaction he has. Even his boss, a “strong female character”, who is revealed to be more complex than any other over-40-female-in-a-comedy I’ve seen. Also, it’s super-duper funny and the perfect blend of American and British comedy.
